This form can be used to make a data search request. However, if the selections do not meet your requirements or you would like to discuss options then you can email us directly at info@merseysidebiobank.org.uk.

Non-commercial searches may be undertaken within our normal response time or you may receive a follow up email for additional detail.

Following receipt of a commercial use request, we will email you a quote based on our
Charging Policy, at which point, if appropriate, we will request a purchase order number and invoicing details.
No work will be undertaken without your instruction to proceed.
